There’s actually not very much stuff. All I've really done is a little fan control daemon written in bash that allows you to silence the AA1’s somewhat overactive fan. But it turns out some resources that I wasn’t aware of were linking here. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind, it’s just not where I’ve been putting the latest version. So if you’ve downloaded from here before you’ve probably got an old version and should upgrade to be compatible with later bios updates.
The latest version of acerfand can be found at:
http://electronpusher.org/~rachel/acerfand (Direct link)
That’s the link in the Ubuntu AspireOne howto, which I track and to which I occasionally add my little bit.
This is actually my home machine. Should I start producing more AspireOne resources myself, I’ll probably put those on a proper hosted server too, but I’ll try to remember to leave a link here. :-)
